How much does dinner at Gitano cost?

Expect roughly $60–$140 per person, in line with an upscale modern-Mexican dining room and late-night lounge in Double Bay. Starters like the guacamole and chips or tuna sashimi tostada sit at the lower end. The Vego Degustation, a full vegetarian tasting menu, runs $89 per person for a whole-table experience of the kitchen.
